EXTRUSION PROCESSING:
Extrusion processing is a continuous high-volume manufacturing process, in which raw plastic is melted and formed into a continuous profile. This process starts by feeding plastic material (pellets, granules) from a hopper into the barrel of the extruder. The material is gradually melted. Examples window and door profile，elastic water pipe, and many other products such as blinds, clear compounds,resistance band and tube, and sheets.
INJECTION MOULDING:
Injection moulding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould, or mold. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials. Injection molding is the most common method for mass manufacturing plastic products. Examples toys, pen grip,cup,handle，slip mat,hanger，caster, toothbush.
OVER MOULDING:
Over molding is an injection molding process used to mold one plastic (commonly a rubber-like plastic called TPE) over top of another component (substrate). The substrate is usually an injection molded plastic part, but various other materials could also be used. TPE elastomer soft rubber is used for secondary injection molding, including glue shooting and gluing. Because TPE material has good skid resistance and good elastic touch, it can improve the touch and handle of the products and enhance the grip.
S&C PROCESSING:
The TPE is extrusion casting: the plastic particles are plasticized by screw and extruded by the die mouth of the flat die head. After drawing, the particles are attached to the surface of flexible substrates such as paper, film, non-woven fabric and woven cloth. The composite material has the barrier and heat sealing properties of the plastic film layer, the strength, toughness and functional properties of the base material.
